Rebecca Yobouet, M.S.

Scientific Project Manager

Ms. Yobouet holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Baltimore and a Masters of Sciences from the University of Baltimore. Her graduate research focused on health care policy, social determinants of health, health planning and program evaluation. Ms. Yobouet previously acted as a project manager and coordinator at various agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services and has been a Project Manager for the Cancer Diagnosis Program since 2020.
